This Hot Sauce is made using fire roasted Bhut Jolokia pepper, vinegar, honey, onions, garlic and salt. It sounds like a simple sauce, but believe me, the flavors are intense. The Bhut Jolokia pepper is found in the Assam region of India. It is rated at over 1,000,000 scoville units, that is about 3 times hotter than the Habanero.
