This sauce is used for catering events that we cook for, and we have gotten so many requests for the hot sauce, we decided to market it. This is our own family recipe made from smoked and fermented tabasco, jalepeno, habanero, and cayenne peppers, together with a blend of a dozen spices and herbs. You can see the gourmet texture, not just a standard sauce. This is not the same old hot sauce you expect from bought sauces. Most of those are the same basic recipe with different clever labels. The true art of our sauce is INSIDE the jar. Just look at the picture of the sauce in the jar, and you can tell it is very different. I will include the recipe for our famous award winning wings (pictured) that I guarantee will be the talk of your potluck, BBQ, or football game party.
